To name a few but plants have contributed to pharmaceutical medicine. Plants, as opposed to their pharmaceutical derivatives, have retained all of their molecular and synergetic complexity, are very safe, have no harmful side effects and if used properly are effective therapeutic agents.

Plants can be: anti inflammatory, antimicrobial, anticancer, antispasmodic, analgesic and act as powerful antioxidants. They can lower cholesterol, regulate blood pressure and blood sugar, as well as improve cognitive function and eliminate anxiety and depression. Most importantly, plants regulate and strengthen the immune system, making plants human’s best friend.
